Role Description
This is a remote freelance contract role at Kino Haus Films. The Sound Designer & Mixing Engineer will craft and refine high-quality audio experiences across various media. This dual role combines creativity in sound design with technical expertise in mixing and mastering, ensuring immersive and compelling audio that aligns with project goals and enhances the overall experience.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Sound Designer and Mixing Engineer in the entertainment industry.

Proficiency with industry-standard audio software and equipment (Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, etc.).

Strong understanding of sound design principles, audio editing, and mixing techniques.

Exceptional creativity and attention to detail in crafting soundscapes.

Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting project deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey creative ideas effectively.

A portfolio showcasing your previous work in sound design and mixing.
Responsibilities

Collaborate remotely with our creative team to understand project requirements and creative objectives.

Design and create original sound effects, Foley, and soundscapes to enhance storytelling.

Mix and master audio elements to ensure clarity, balance, and emotional impact.

Implement audio solutions for various multimedia platforms, including film, television, and games.

Communicate effectively with the project manager and creative leads to meet project deadlines.

Maintain a well-organized and efficient audio workflow throughout the project.

Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical audio issues as they arise.
